Our Items Sourcing Process:
To ensure highest products quality, we choose to deal only with reputable suppliers that produce good products to work with. A fashion purchaser from our team will fly straight to overseas (Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan etc) to make note of the latest fashion trend. Items will then be shipped back to Malaysia for quality control checks before we send out to our valuable customers. Oh..By the way, we hate bumping into another person with same clothes/accessories on! So, gals..no worries..we only buy maximum 2 pieces for same model :) which also means, first come first serve!
Ps: We do understand how annoying to get your new items washed before you can finally get yourself into it.. GUESS WHAT??? We do provide you with special handle dryclean service for free!! (Limited time only!) So why let the chance goes by while you can take advantage of us?(well..we do it with gladness :p)

2. Once order received, our team will immediately order items from overseas (For pre-order items) or arrange items to be packed. Buyers are expected to make the necessary payment within 2 days once the confirmation email been sent out. To protect the seller’s interest, seller reserved the right to sell the items to third party if payment not made by buyer within 2 days after confirmation letter been sent.
3. Once we receive your payment, we will immediately send out your goods. However, please be advised that, postal courier will only be carried out on weekdays only.
4. All products are rated mid to first class quality and all product qualities are carefully and strictly monitored.
All pictures are taken from real objects, however, the color might have slight difference due to viewers’
monitors show colors a bit differently.
5. Prices stated are exclusive of courier charges. We use Pos Malaysia Berhad to courier,
RM7 for West Malaysia
RM12 for East Malaysia
6. Items purchased are non-exchangable, non-refundable, non returnable, as a careful inspection of items will be carried out before each postage.
Payment will only be refunded if items ordered are OUT OF STOCK.
No cancellation allowed, once payment been made.
7. Seller will not bear any responsibility if items were missing or damaged along the courier. However,Courier Reference Number will be provided once ordered items are sent out.
SIZE REFERENCE:
1. Breast: The largest circumference round the area of breast.
2. Waist: The least circumference round the area of waist (Relax without holding your lovely breath (@@,)
3.Hip: The largest circumference round the area of hip.
** In general, free-size blouses and dresses are perfect for the bust of 32-34 inches ladies.
For Clothes : S, M, L Size are suitable for the hip of 32, 34, 36 inches ladies respectively.
For dresses : S, M, L size are suitable for the waist of 26, 28, 30 inches ladies respectively.
Remark: 1 inch = 2.54 cm

Items take 1-3 weeks (working days) to arrive, as all items are shipped from overseas, sometimes there will be an inevitable delay of 1 week for delivery.
